Olayinka Elizabeth Dada - Executive Director
Advocacy for Early Childhood Education
Olayinka Elizabeth Dada is a passionate advocate for early childhood education. She is actively involved as a member of the Junior Chamber International (Aso Chamber of Commerce, Abuja chapter) and serves on the board of directors and policy council for Head Start. Olayinka also contributed to the PLI-Parent Leadership Initiative Long Island (2013–2015), where she championed initiatives to help vulnerable individuals reach their full potential.
Leadership and Community Engagement
In 2014, Olayinka organized a bus tour to Albany, New York, advocating for the "Universal Pre-K under President Obama" bill. She held leadership roles such as PTO Vice President for Flossmoor Hills Elementary School and Fundraiser Chairperson for Long Island Head Start and Flossmoor Hills Elementary School.
Commitment to Families and Vulnerable Individuals
As a dedicated community advocate, Olayinka studies Applied Behavior Analysis to better support families and vulnerable individuals in overcoming barriers to quality education. Her work focuses on empowering vulnerable individuals and helping them achieve their goals.

- Ensure all programs align with the organization's mission, values, and objectives.
Fundraising and Resource Development
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure resources for PNS operations and programs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and funding partners.
Financial Management
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to prepare and manage the annual budget.
- Monitor financial performance, ensuring effective resource management and cash flow oversight.
- Present financial reports and updates to the Board.
Board Governance and Relations
- Partner with the Board to ensure governance compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Provide regular updates on organizational activities, financial performance, and strategic progress.

Ade Kelani is a seasoned professional with extensive hands-on experience in delivering project solutions. His expertise spans strategic corporate visioning, systems integration, process improvement/transformation, and solutions management.

With over 30 years of international experience and nearly two decades working with prestigious firms like KPMG, Accenture, BearingPoint, and Deloitte, Mr. Kelani possesses a profound and thought-provoking understanding of global events and industry trends.
Leadership in Strategic Nation-Building Initiatives
In his executive role at US-based Axxent Corp, Mr. Kelani played a pivotal part in strategic nation-building and capacity development. He focused on delivering infrastructure and consulting services to emerging economies in Africa, helping shape the region's growth trajectory.
Transformational Impact in Nigeria
During a sabbatical in his native Nigeria, Mr. Kelani served as Group Chief Financial Officer at Cornerstone Insurance Plc. In this role, he laid the foundation for the company’s transformational aspirations, ensuring a stronger platform for its future endeavors.
Founder of Trade Afrique LLC
Driven by a vision of African economic renaissance, Mr. Kelani founded Trade Afrique LLC. This groundbreaking market exchange platform links Africa to global trading forums, attracting substantial capital investments and energizing commercial activities across the continent. He is forging strategic collaborations with key players to catalyze Africa’s economic ascent.

Opeyemi Oguntomi, MBA – Project Coordinator
Opeyemi, known as Ope to his admirers, has amassed over eight years of experience in Nigeria as a Youth Development and Program Specialist. He has demonstrated expertise in non-profit organizations, team building, and program implementation. Throughout his career, Ope has developed technical skills in planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating key areas such as job creation, HIV/AIDS, reproductive health, youth programming, and entrepreneurship, particularly in resource-limited environments.
Professional Membership and Education
Opeyemi is an active member of the prestigious humanitarian organization, Rotary International Club, D9110 NG. He holds an MBA in Business and Leadership and is an alumnus of the Entrepreneurship Development Institute in Ahmedabad, India. Currently, Opeyemi is furthering his education in social service and community development at New Brunswick Community College in Fredericton, Canada. He is also a recipient of the fully funded leadership program of the Atlas Corps Virtual Leadership Institute (VLI) 2023 in the United States.
Experience with SOS Vulnerable Individuals Villages Nigeria
With over six years of experience, Opeyemi has contributed significantly as a Youth Development Coordinator at SOS Vulnerable Individuals Villages Nigeria, a vulnerable individual focused organization. In this role, he led the implementation of major projects such as the Johnson and Johnson Catapult project, the Greig Gender Challenge program, and The Next Economy program— a Dutch government-funded initiative focused on empowering multicultural communities. These projects target the root causes of poverty, youth unemployment, girl-vulnerable individuals education, gender equality, and the marginalization of vulnerable individuals, striving to improve community development and the well-being of vulnerable individuals.

Opeyemi is passionate about finding sustainable solutions to combat hunger and poverty while fostering economic independence among youth and communities. He is a strong advocate for patriotism, responsible citizenship, and good governance as tools for achieving long-term societal improvement. Key Responsibilities & Duties
Project Planning and Development
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and relevant stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify key project deliverables, required resources, and potential risks, while creating strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure all project activities align with the mission and goals of PNS.
Project Implementation
- Manage the daily execution of projects in accordance with the approved project plan.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of project activities.
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the project's progress and impact.
- Prepare regular progress reports to keep stakeholders and donors informed.
Partnership Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with project partners, including government agencies, NGOs, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.
- Work closely with partners to leverage resources, share best practices, and maximize the overall impact of the project.
Capacity Building and Training
- Provide guidance and support to project staff and volunteers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to effectively carry out project activities.
- Organize and facilitate training workshops and capacity-building sessions as necessary to enhance team competencies.
Budget Management
- Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring that expenditures stay within the allocated financial limits.
